Bread Dosa

Bread : 10 slices
All purpose Flour : ½ cup
Curd : 1 Spoon
Onion (finely chopped) : 2 large spoons
Green Chilly (finely chopped in round shape ) : 1 spoon
Ginger (finely chopped) : 1 spoon
Grated Coconut : 1 Spoon
Curry leaves (Finely chopped) : ½ spoon
Salt : for taste
Mustard seeds : ½ spoon
Urud dal : 1 Spoon

Remove the four sides of bread and crush it into crumbs. In a bowl mix bread crumbs, maida, curd and desired amount of water to make it as a dosa batter. Add enough salt and grind all together in a mixie, to make it a fine batter. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds & urud dal. Add onion, ginger and green chilly and sauté well. Add chopped coriander leaves.

992833_10200412984634919_98190083_nMix this to the batter and add grated coconut too. Stir and mix it well. Heat dosa tawa and spread batter on it and make dosa.
