Cabbage Dosa

Ingredients
Dosa Batter – 1 cup
Finely chopped Cabbage – ½ Cup
Grated Coconut – ¼ cup
Green Chilies ( finely chopped) -2 Nos.
Turmeric Powder – ¼ teaspoon
Salt – As Required
Mustard seeds – ½ teaspoon
Dried Red Chilies – 2 Nos.
Curry Leaves – 2 springs

Method
Take Cabbage, Coconut, Green chilies, Turmeric powder, salt, and curry leaves in a bowl and mash it well with hands. Add spluttered Mustard seeds to this mix. Add all these mixes to the Rice flour Batter for Dosa and stir well. Add necessary salt. Heat Tava and pour the batter and spread it properly and Cook until it is crisp.
