  Fry the dried prawns well. Take one cup grated coconut, one piece ginger, five shallots, one spoon chilly powder, I spring of curry leaves and mix well with hands.add necessary salt and grind in mixie. Add fried dried prawns to this and grind again. Chemmeen chammanthi is ready to serve.

  Method Take one raw mango and cut into small pieces. Take 3 Bird’s eye chili (kanthari mulaku), 5 pieces of shallots, a small piece of ginger, necessary salt and ¼ cup grated coconut. Grind all these ingredients using mixie. It should not be over grainded. Finally add crushed curry leaves and mix well.
