Chicken cutlet

Chicken– 1 kg
Onions – 6 Nos
Ginger – 3 pieces
Green Chilies – 6 Nos
Potatoes – ½ Kg

Garlic-3 nos
Turmeric Powder – ¼ spoon20130317_124528

Salt – for taste
Egg– 4 Nos
Bread Crumbs – ¼ cup
Pepper powder – 2 spoons
Curry Leaves – 2 springs

Oil – as per Need


Clean the chicken and remove born and cut into small pieces .Mix it with turmeric powder, salt  and pepper powder and cook well. Once it is cooled, mince the chicken using a mixie. Cook the potatoes and mash well.
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions,garlic,  green chilies, ginger (all should be finely chopped) one by one and sauté well. Once it get sauted add one spoon of chicken masala powder, pepper powder, curry leaves and necessary salt and continue sauteing.  Add the cooked potatoes also. Keep till it gets cooled. When cooled, mix again and make small balls and roll into the shape of cutlets. Beat eggs in a bowl. Take only egg whites. Heat oil in a pan. First dip the cutlet in egg white, then in bread crumbs and fry it in oil. If we add little corn flour while mixing masalas, we can avoid breaking of cutlets while frying.
