Chicken Dosa


Dosa Batter : 2 cup
Chicken (Boneless) : 250 gms
Onion (Chopped) : ¼ cup
Ginger (Chopped) : 1 Tsp
Garlic (Chopped) : 1 Tsp
Chili Powder : 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1 Tsp
Garam Masala : 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice : ½ Tsp
Chicken Masala : ½ Tsp
Cinnamon : 1 piece
Clove : 1 piece
Oil-as required
Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces. Marinate chicken with turmeric powder and salt and cook it well. Mince it well using mixi. Heat some oil in a pan. Saute Cinnamon and cloves first and then add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until it becomes brown in colour. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala, garam masala and sauté well. Add Coriander leaves, mint leaves and lemon juice and stir well. Now add minced chicken and saute for 5 more minutes.
Make dosa and spread this chicken mixture into the dosa. Either roll the dosa well with the mixture inside, or toast the dosa along with chicken mixture on upside.chicken dosa2
