Egg Dosa

Raw Rice -1 cup
Urad Dal- ¼ cup
Egg- 2
Finely Chopped Onion – 1
Green Chilies- 2
Grated Coconut – 1 Spoon
Pepper- ½ spoon
Salt – for Taste
Soak Raw rice and urad dal in water for 10 hours. After that grind it well. Take Onion, Green chilies, grated Coconut, Pepper and salt in a bowl and mix well. Pour the beated egg to this bowl and mix well. Pour the dosa batter on a non-stick tawa and spread like normal dosa. Pour the egg mixture to the middle of it and cook until it become crisp.egg dosa
